Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order?
We fulfill orders quickly, and once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This generally occurs within four hours of placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 5 business days of the order date and ship via UPS or Fedex from our North Carolina fulfillment center.
It can take us up to 2 business days to process your order. During this time, you might not see any tracking information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way to you.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend typically ship on Monday.
Orders will not be processed or shipped on national holidays.
What carriers do you use?
All orders ship via Fedex
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We ship exclusively via FedEx and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time.
Returns
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
If your return meets our minimum return requirements, you will be refunded the product cost only, fees for shipping are not refundable, and final sale items cannot be returned. The $7.50 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Are returns free?
No. If using our prepaid return label, $7.50 will be deducted from your return credit amount. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. We recommend tracking your package to ensure delivery and protect the shipment in case of loss or damage.
What items are returnable?
Items in new, unworn condition purchased from cableandgauge.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return.
How do I determine if an item is final sale?
Final sale items are marked on the product page and not eligible for return.
Payment
I was charged for my order but it didn't go through?
If your bank declines the transaction due to suspected fraud, you may see a pending authorization. You will need to contact your bank and try placing the order again.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may have the option to use Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Is my personal information kept private?
While we take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of your information, please note that the Internet is an open network and no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Information transmitted online or stored on our systems may be vulnerable to unauthorized access. In the unlikely event we believe your personal information may have been compromised, we will make every effort to notify you promptly, using your email address if available. How do I enter a promo code?
To apply discounts, enter the promo code at online checkout. Discount excludes tax and shipping. Not valid on prior purchases or for cash. Offers are valid only on the categories listed in the email and fine print. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or used at retail stores, boutiques, or other online retailers.
