Shipping Policy
We offer free economy shipping on orders $75+ within the 48 contiguous United States. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the free shipping option will appear on qualifying orders. This offer applies to orders of $75+ after discounts (excluding taxes and shipping charges). For all other shipping methods and destinations, costs are calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your address.

- FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping (2-3 days)
Cable and Gauge is unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or International addresses at this time.
Orders placed by noon EST will be processed and shipped same business day on Monday thru Friday from our North Carolina fulfillment center. Please allocate an additional business day for orders placed over weekends & holidays. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We fulfill orders quickly, and once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This generally occurs within four hours of placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 5 business days of the order date and ship via UPS or Fedex from our North Carolina fulfillment center.
It can take us up to 2 business days to process your order. During this time, you might not see any tracking information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way to you.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend typically ship on Monday.
Orders will not be processed or shipped on national holidays.
