Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $69 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the free shipping option will appear on qualifying orders. This offer applies to orders of $69 or more after discounts (excluding taxes and shipping charges). For all other shipping methods and destinations, costs are calculated at checkout once you’ve entered your address.
- Complimentary FedEx or UPS ground shipping (5-7 businessdays) on orders $69 or more
- FedEx or UPS ground shipping (5-7 business days) on orders under $69 for a flat rate of $7.00
- FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping (2-3 business days)
Cable and Gauge is unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or International addresses at this time.
Orders placed by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same business day from our California fulfillment center. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We fulfill orders quickly, and once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This generally occurs within four hours of placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders deliver within 5-7 business days once the order has been processed and ship our fulfillment center.
It can take us up to 2 business days to process your order. During this time, you might not see any tracking information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way to you.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend typically process on Monday.
Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends and national holidays.
